Crista Workout

A nice combination of abdominal and upper body work with exercises to enhance, strengthen and tone your whole waist section with this solid core workout.



TIME: 25-30 Minutes

EQUIPMENT: Kettlebell or Dumbbell (Optional)

INTENSITY: Low

LEVEL: Beginner to Intermediate


KEY: KB = Kettlebell

WARM-UP: 5 Minutes


15x Body Weight Deadlifts

15x Kneeling KB Squat Presses

15x Push-Up Shoulder Taps

20x Hover Foot Taps

15x Double Twist Sit-Ups


Complete 1x Rounds



WORKOUT: 20-25 Minutes


12x Slow Mountain Climbers

12x KB Russian Twists

12x Kneeling Tricep Push-Ups

12x KB Crunch Leg Extensions


Complete 4x rounds, resting only if needed.



OPTIONS:


1. Perform exercises with knees or feet on the ground.

2. Reduce the number of reps or rounds.

3. Take rests when needed.
