All you need is a pair of shoes and a set of dumbbells to power on through this whole-body strength workout!



TIME: 35-40 Minutes

EQUIPMENT: 2x Dumbbells

INTENSITY: Low

LEVEL: Beginner to Advanced


WARM-UP: 10 Minutes


10x Body Weight Deadlifts

10x Each Side - Forward Back Lunges

15x Narrow-Wide Push-Ups

10x Dumbbell Upright Rows

10x Slow Mountain Climbers


Complete 2x Rounds



WORKOUT: 25-30 Minutes


10x Dumbbell Deadlifts

10x Dumbbell Clean - Back Lunge

10x Dumbbell Front Raises

10x Each Leg - Dumbbell Squats


Complete 4x Rounds




OPTIONS:


1. Use light weights.

2. Use 1 dumbbell instead of 2.

3. Complete fewer rounds.
