Kids Workout Scavenger Hunt

Send the kids on a workout-scavenger hunt mission! For every block of exercise they complete, they get to unlock the next piece of their scavenger hunt! How quickly can you complete the challenge?



LET THE HUNT BEGIN!

Exercise #1

12x Ground to Sky Reaches

Find something in your house that is red.

Exercise #2

20x Mountain Climbers

Find a pair of matching items.

Exercise #3

10x Sit-Ups

Find something that starts with the letter B.

Exercise #4

25x Jumping Jacks

Find 5 green objects.

Exercise #5

10x Push-Ups

Count backwards from 10 then find something that smells pretty.

Exercise #6

10x Jump Forward and run back

Spell your name then find something that starts with the last letter of your name.

Exercise #7

6x Burpees

Ask your Mum or Dad what their favourite colour is. Now find 3 objects that are that colour.

Exercise #8

10x Plank Jacks

What's your favourite animal? Can you find that animal in your house or an object of the same colour?
